When giving tours we perform strict identity checks before allowing anyone on site for nuclear material protection because it is a nuclear facility. It is also the site of the decommissioning of a reactor that has suffered an accident, and we must take into consideration the effects of radiation and the field environment, and prioritize safety when giving tours. Therefore, when allowing people on site, the people actually involved in decommissioning are given priority.
