The Mid and Long-Term Roadmap Mid-and-Long-Term Roadmap towards the Decommissioning of TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station) is a government document that stipulates the basic approach to, and primary target schedules, etc., for the decommissioning of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. The Roadmap was formulated to enable us to quickly reduce risks in order to contribute to early recovery in the region and move forward with decommissioning hand-in-hand with the community while prioritizing safety in accordance with our fundamental principle of balancing recovery with decommissioning. The Mid and Long-Term Roadmap formulated in December 2011 is continuously revised in light of circumstances in the field that become apparent during the course of decommissioning (latest revision was made in December 2019).
