Changes to the Report on Our Facility Management Plan for Unit 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security"

The reports on our facility management plan for Units 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security"* (Version 2) (Revision 2) and (Version 3) (Revision) have been changed and submitted to the Nuclear Regulation Authority today.

The following changes were made this time.

Report on our facility management plan for Units 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 2) (Revision 2)
- Spent fuel dry cask temporary storage facility

Report on our facility management plan for Units 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station based on the "Policy on the Mid-term Security" (Version 3) (Revision)
- Radiation protection and control
- Instructions on managing radiation exposure through radioactive materials and objects contaminated by radioactive materials and disposing radioactive waste

We will continue our utmost efforts in ensuring safety at Units 1-4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station in accordance with the facility management plan (version 1-3) we have developed.

The "policy on the mid-term security of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Units 1-4" for ensuring public and employee safety during the period from the end of step 2 to the work commencement towards reactor decommissioning.
