Dispatch and Acceptance of the Full-year Compensation Application Forms for Individual Recipients

We deeply apologize to the people of Fukushima and broader society for the tremendous inconvenience and anxiety caused by the accidents at Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Nuclear Power Stations.

Today, we have started dispatching the full-year compensation application forms (previously announced on September 25, 2012) which allow for individuals afflicted by the accident to apply all at once for compensation for the periods for which an agreement has not yet been made during the first to the fourth compensation periods (from March 11, 2011 to May 31, 2012). The acceptance of the full-year compensation application forms will be started on November 7, 2012. If you wish to receive the application forms, please contact the Fukushima Nuclear Compensation Office (Call Center) below.

As for those who apply to the following, there is no need to contact us since the full-year compensation application forms will be sent out to the address used for the past compensation application.
- Those who have received temporary compensation payment and have not applied for compensation.
- Those who applied for compensation for the first compensation period (from March 11 to August 31, 2011) and have not applied for the later periods.
