Today, we, Tokyo Electric Power Company, applied to the Nuclear Damage 
Compensation Facilitation Corporation (hereafter, the "Corporation") for 
financial support under Article 41.1 of the Act to Establish Nuclear Damage 
Compensation Facilitation Corporation.

We also applied to the competent ministers (the Prime Minister and Minister 
of Economy, Trade and Industry) for accreditation of the Special Business 
Plan, which was made in cooperation with the corporation under Article 45.1 
of the same act, after the resolution of the financial support by the 
management committee of the Corporation. 
 
We will announce the contents of the Special Business Plan as soon as it 
is accredited by the competent ministers.
