Reports to NISA regarding installation of alternative cooling and filtering system of each spent fuel pools of Unit 1 and Unit 4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station
On July 11, 2011, we received an instruction document* from Nuclear and 
Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry 
titled "Collection of reports regarding the installation of alternative 
cooling and filtering system of each spent fuel pools of Unit 1 and Unit 4 
of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of the Tokyo Electric Power 
Company, Incorporated."
                                          (Previously announced on July 12)

Then the installation of alternative cooling and filtering system of each 
spent fuel pools of Unit 1 and 4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station 
will have an effect on the stable cooling of spent fuel in spent fuel pools 
and have no problem on safety evaluations. We announce that we have put 
together such information and reported to NISA today.
