We have been sequentially measuring and evaluating externally and internally 
exposed dose of employees engaged in emergency work in Fukushima Daiichi 
Nuclear Power Station.

On June 13, 2011, we reported to Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare 
(MHLW) regarding the evaluation results of externally exposed dose of 
employees engaged in emergency work before the end of March 2011 and the 
comprehensive primary evaluation results *1 of internally exposed dose of 
those employees who were measured with whole-body counters (WBC) before the 
end of May out of the aforementioned ones.

In addition, on June 20, 2011, we put together and reported to MHLW the 
primary evaluation results of internally exposed dose of the same employees 
and those who have underwent WBC examinations before June 18.

Then on June 30, we reported to MHLW the evaluation results of externally 
exposed dose of employees newly engaged in emergency work in April 2011 as 
well as those of internally exposed dose of the same workers and those who 
underwent WBC examinations before  June 25.

Today, we announce that we have put together and reported to MHLW the 
following evaluations of exposed dosed of employees engaged in emergency 
work in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station as shown in the exhibit.

1.Confirmed results of internally exposed dose of employees whose results 
of primary evaluations regarding internally exposed dose exceed 100 mSv
2.Progress situation of specifying who should be measured regarding 
internally exposed dose
3.Evaluation results of externally exposed dose and primary evaluation 
results of internally exposed dose of employees newly engaged in emergency 
work in April 2011
4.Evaluation results of externally exposed dose of employees who started 
being engaged in emergency work in May 2011
5.Organizations to implement preparations for appropriate radiation work 
notices, internal reviews and prompt submissions.

We will continue measuring and evaluating externally and internally exposed 
dose and make efforts to adequately prepare for radiation work notices, 
internally review them and promptly submit them.

Provisional evaluation on the assumption that a value of internally exposed 
dose will be the maximum if each employee takes all of radioactive materials 
in a day of the start of his work (on March 12 if he has been working from 
the beginning) in case adequate surveys are not conducted.
