 Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the 
 Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki 
 Earthquake," the Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO) 
 provides this announcement containing incidents information reported from 
 January 6 to January 12, 2011.

    * By close reexamination of past nonconformance incidents, 1 of them 
      is identified as not related to the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake, and 1 of 
      them is identified as related to the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake, so the 
      total number of them has been corrected.
