 Based on the "Public Announcement Regarding Nonconformance Found in the 
 Inspection and Restoration Works Performed after the Niigata-Chuetsu-Oki 
 Earthquake," the Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO) 
 provides this announcement containing incidents information reported from 
 November 4 to November 10, 2010.

    * By close reexamination of past nonconformance incidents, 3 of them 
      are identified as not related to the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake, and 3 
      of them are identified as related to the Chuetsu-Oki Earthquake, so 
      the total number of them has been corrected.
